Maggie Yang

Liu Yang (Maggie) is the Co-founding Partner of Xiang He Capital. Prior to co-founding Xiang He Capital, Ms. Yang was the Executive Director in Baidu's strategic investment and M&A department, where she worked with Mr. Tang on a series of landmarking transactions, such as the acquisition of 91 Wireless, investment in iQiYi, acquisition of PPS, etc. Ms. Yang also led and completed Baidu's investment in Kuaishou, Lianjia/BEKE, etc. Prior to that, Ms. Yang worked at Ernst & Young for 8 years, with 4 years in the audit department and 4 years in the transaction advisory services department, primarily assisting private equity funds and multinational corporations with their M&A investments in China.

Ms. Yang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong. She also has PRC CPA and CFA certifications.
